[api fix] Improved the way forever manages pid / fvr files. Added cleanlogs command line option

[fix api bin test] Check for scripts with fs.stat() before running them. Use process.kill instead of exec('kill'). Clean logs from command line. Display log file in forever list. Emit save event.
