Describe the feature or problem you’d like to solve< 5430 /h3>

I have an ubuntu system that I want to be able to use the gh cli on, but to which I cannot copy and paste.

At this time if I wish to use the gh cli on this system, I am forced to manually type the entire massive install process command.

Proposed solution

Add a .sh file to the repo containing the installation command for debian-based distros, so a user can wget it and pipe the output to sh.
