Option to shift clock location

One of the reasons for a screen saver is to prevent burn in on displays.
However, with the location of the clock being static, it runs the risk of being a cause of burn in instead.
If the clock were to occasionally shift its position a little, this would prevent the issue from occurring.

This shift should only occur during transitions and the user should be able to change the frequency and degree of the shift.
