Problem with 'Energy Performance Certificates - Domestic Certificates API' (https://www.api.gov.uk/dluhc/energy-performance-certificates-domestic-certificates-api/)

The API is out of action and is returning a 403 error - including for the documentation website https://epc.opendatacommunities.org/docs/api/domestic#domestic-cert
