Currrently, Cobbler XML-RPC interface has some logic in it. This should be moved to other Python modules in the backend and Cobbler XML-RPC should serve only as a wrapper around Cobbler backend. Also, only frontend modules (Cobbler CLI and web UI) should use the XML-RPC interface, currently some backend code also use it (eg action_replicate).
