Below the pm msg button, add an 'about' box editable by the empire leader listing their philosophy if they are a solo player, or alliance details if they are allied. Such things that others may need/want to know, leader, officers, dues/loan/gifting policy, alliance stance, etc. A standardized set of fields might help readability. Not sure whether it would better as always open info or collapsed as an 'about' button. Button would leave room for further choices on the main page though...
