- Generate new IDs for incoming samples, for sequencing extractions, libraries, pools, plates, and storage boxes.
- Create Sample Types, Projects (studies), and types of Sequencing runs
- Review and/or Edit previously generated IDs
- Search by project/sample/sequence type codes, plus by text in search bar
- Import sets of IDs for creation of records or for updating preexisting records
- Export results of specific searches (via backend MySQL database queries) to
xlsxformat files
