Suggestion

The high-level interfaces (@configu/cli & @configu/proxy) should be able to work with custom integrations outside of the ones provided by @configu/integrations and also support explicit registrations of these integrations without having to load them during runtime.

Motivation

Improves usability of the high-level interfaces @configu/integrations.

Context

Since this is shared logic between both high-level interfaces, this logic should be shared via @configu/common somehow.
