Adding 2FA works up to the confirmation popup (lower right corner, Two-factor authentication was enabled successfully.).
But the "security notice" at the top stays active (Security Notice Configure two-factor authentication now to secure your account. Setup).
When logging out and in again the 2FA is not active.
No error messages in log.

Version 1.9.2
