Rough idea:

  • Require at CI time that vectors are some normalized JSON
  • Add small tool that orchestrates the CDDL gem to determine which features are used in a CRI and rewrites the vectors
  • Assert that this doesn't leave a diff at CI time

@cabo could leave me a pointer to the right cddl invocaton
