Description: On the project dashboard, the "Project Metrics" section (CPU, Memory, Network) displays "Graph Data Unavailable" by default with no explanation or prompt when left untouched. Lazy users who don’t interact (e.g., don’t create an app) are left unclear about why no data is shown or what action is needed to populate it.
Expected Behavior: A brief message should accompany the default state, e.g., "No data yet—create an app to start tracking metrics," to inform users of the next step without requiring exploration.
