Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Run Ostinato (drone starts automatically).
2. Make fail Ostinato (or kill process in task manager).
3. Run Ostinato.
Actual results:
Ostinato returns an exception and crashes.
Expected results:
Ostinato client checks that drone is available:
if drone is running - connect to it,
else - client runs drone.
Ostinato version: 0.6
