Description
The lyman series optical depth scales as lambda_n * f_n / lambda_alpha * f_alpha (f being the oscillator strength). This is not what is being used by constants.py.
Currently, tau_0,beta = tau_0,alpha / 5.2615 ( = tau_0,alpha * (f_beta/f_alpha) ); and similarily for N>beta
It should be tau_0,beta = tau_0,alpha / 6.2375
This does not impact Y3 redshift runs in DESI, since the IGM correction is never applied beyond Lyman-alpha; however, it is important to consider when updating high-redshift templates for the future.
