Describe the solution you'd like
k8s allows to pause/resume deployments. I suggest adding support for that to k9s. The deployments list view could have a column indicating the paused status of the deployments.

A shortcut 'p' should be added which allows pausing/resuming the selected deployment.

Another shortcut should be added to sort the list by paused-status.
