Describe the bug
Was trying to get a workflow into dockstore and didn't specify the readMePath properly (was a relative path no /)
The error provided was not related to the actual error in the .dockstore.yml:
Error message
Failed to create workflow 'PangenomeCactus': - Cannot invoke "java.nio.file.Path.toString()" because the return value of "java.nio.file.Path.getParent()" is null
Removin
Create a workflow with a bad readMePath
Expected behavior
The error message should be about the key that was incorrect.
