The issue may be even more general. Loading the index itself results in a page scroll for me, e.g.

What you are describing is the intended behavior. It scrolls to the specified page, but at a distance from the top of the window. - Michael Sy. |

The problem
If I want to jump in the index directly to a namespace, the idx function open the right namespace, but doesn't jump to it.
It jumps to the end of the index-page.
Example:
