First time the integration is loaded everything is great, but when the server or the integration restarts all entities are added twice with the same name with _2 added to it. Even if I delete the newly added entity it will just be added again once the server or integration is restarted.

I wanted to use this integration for restarting Docker containers, but having twice as many entities with half of them being unavailable is just annoying so I removed the integration and now restart the docker containers from Home Assistant using SSH.

More info = install and config goes smooth, works great until the restart. Then the second set of 75 entities is created. Restart and it goes back to the original set... rinse and repeat. Cleaning up all the entities does nothing to stop this from happening again.
