Would it be possible to use a tor connecyion to bypass any country wide blocking of anna's archive and libgen?
Via configuration and by installing the tor browser or via Tor connection deamon..?
Then VPN is not required.

Often, these countrywide internet provider blocks are just applied on a DNS Server level. In that case, one could just change the DNS Server on the device, and not need a VPN / Proxy / Tor connection.
