Right now you can only add new URLs via an API call (with the correct auth header) or to add it directly via the Azure Table. An admin page would be nice to be able to manage URLs.

This page should redirect to /setup if the user doesn't have a value for eg_key stored in local storage. Then we can use that key as the Authorization token when making requests to the API, because only EG employees with 1Password access will be able to set it up in their browser.
Of course, this is in lieu of a more standard authentication mechanism. If that gets implemented first, discard this comment.
