Workstreams for Mockup APIs (#676):

Synchronization between languages necessary:
- Status report from the API workstreams in this meeting
Concerning availability of @HartmannNico
- Rust workstream will continue with @qor-lb as standin for @HartmannNico for the next two weeks
to 4.:
- Mockup API is not included in epic
  - once mockups are deemed ready, we work on integrating the mockups with mw::com
to 5.
- request: if no big blockers are there, approve and minor fixes are done in a follow-up

Core datatypes must be under our control
- @qor-lb will involve Ekxide for discussion on whether we can use Iceoryx datatypes for this or what their progress is
- Goal is to provide a set of datatypes in S-CORE that we support in the communication out-of-the-box
- IDL may be necessary/beneficial to define datatypes across languages
