Thank you for developing and maintaining PACEtomo—it's been really helpful in our workflow!
I'm currently using PACEtomo v1.8.1 and encountered an issue during the selectTargets step. We are collecting data on a Titan Krios G3 equipped with a Gatan K3 camera. At the SA1700 magnification, the field of view does not contain 9 visible holes. As a result, the initial vector estimation for targetPattern seems to fail or give incorrect results.
Do you have any suggestions on how to handle this situation? Is there a recommended alternative approach for estimating the initial vector when the full 3×3 hole pattern isn't visible?
