Support threads alt text

Image posts on threads that do not have alt text are described automatically by Threads using machine learning. Typically this looks something like "may be an image of person sitting at desk with computer." NVDA reads these in focus mode, though not in browse mode for some reason.

Threads also allows the uploader to add their own alt text for the image. However this text is not displayed when viewing the post in Enafore.
