Can't get version to update to 1.1.91 #475

When I run docker compose, I can't seem to get it to use an updated version of Factorio. It keeps starting up a base server with 1.1.76 rather than 1.1.91 like I have specified in the docker-compose.yml. I've even tried deleting the install directory and Docker directory and recreating everything with the latest from this repo, but it's still using 1.1.76.
