Description
Hi,
We've noticed errors when attempting to communicate with your auth server:
https://totalview.healthos.elevancehealth.com/client.oauth2/registered/api/v1/token
Get "https://totalview.healthos.elevancehealth.com/client.oauth2/registered/api/v1/token": tls: failed to verify certificate: x509: certificate signed by unknown authority
We've tested your certificate chain with a couple of online testers and they seem to agree.
It looks like the SSL.com root certificate is untrusted or not widely accepted. We've verified this issue exists on multiple operating systems, with the latest system CA-certificates packages.

We have followed the company standards when implementing the SSL cert/SSL for our application. We also went through multiple rounds of pen testing with the Security Team and have adhered to their guidelines. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to modify that process . Could you please work with our existing security infrastructure.
- we may need to manually add https://www.ssl.com/how-to/install-ssl-com-ca-root-certificates/ to our image.
