Hello, is there a way to get you package running under a windows instance? i copied the .so file into the libpath (standard installation C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\17\lib and also pg_config --libpath is showing this directory, but create extension shows always the ERROR: could not find »$libdir/pg_uuidv7«: No such file or directory

See this earlier approach, you may need to update it to the latest version: #23

PRs welcome! I haven't seen a clean way to do this in Windows.
