fission-codes/fission-cli#20

Each project should probably set what target triplets it supports and apply mental model on checking it ?

This can be plugged into CI / pre-release checks and then continuously checked if / when feasible.

It's not unusual something to stop working and would be nice to know about it before users notice perhaps :)
