It should be possible to switch into the "server mode" without restarting the browser.

Following should be true:

  1. If "extensions.httpmonitor.serverMode" is set to true, the server is automatically started.
  2. If "extensions.httpmonitor.serverMode" is set to false, the server is automatically stopped.

Later we can implement some UI for this (so far you need about:config)
