What is, according to you, missing from fo-dicom? Please describe.
SkiaSharp is a platform independent drawing library, optimally integrated into Maui.net.

Describe the solution you'd like
For building platform independent applications, an integration of fo-dicom and SkiaSharp would be very usefull.
