Use the revised schema (#29) to implement and display scAAV subtypes in Table 3.

When vector_type is scAAV:

  • Rename scAAV left-partial to "snapback"
  • Rename ssAAV left-partial to "itr-partial" (or a better name if we find one)
  • Collapse reads with 2 distinct subtypes (*|*) under "complex-AAV" -- a subtype of "other-AAV"
