Users may have multiplexed several AAV samples in a sequencing run -- more likely with the newer Revio instruments.

Add a new input field for a metadata table with these columns:

  • Sample unique ID -- usually the barcode number; only needs to be unique within a sequencing run, not globally, although a UUID should also be fine.
  • Sample display ID -- a friendlier name to display in the report (optional)

If not given, these values will be taken from each sample's BAM/FASTQ filename, keeping current behavior.

Then these values can be used in the report (#12) and tabular outputs (#29).
