The LAAVA version number is relevant, but not currently included in any outputs. Show the version number in the outputs somewhere. (Besides, presumably, the Nextflow logs. If it's not there, then at least print it there.)

One option is to add the version to the output metadata TSV. Then the version would also be shown in the report on the front page "Analysis context" section.
