Problem

When run in service mode, config files from previous versions are not migrated.

Proposed Solution

Like in interactive mode, migrate and reset the settings ( see #313 )

I guess this issue is quite minor, most use cases for service mode would reset the environment anyways.

Never thought about this. We're using vanilla installations anyway, so there should be no configuration files modified anyway.
