.saif is used for power analysis with for instance OpenSTA.
After some discussion of workflows, which includes various references to what .saif is, the conclusion is that a fst2saif helper tool would be great.
Would gtkwave be a reasonable home for such a tool?
Is https://github.com/gtkwave/gtkwave/blob/master/src/helpers/fstminer.c a reasonable starting point for such a tool?
