Draw highest highscore in options screen, so that if it is reset, the change is shown.

Show "[X] to Fire" again everytime auto-firing is toggled from "On" to "Off" in the options.

Fixed pressing keys while paused when game is playing also resuming background music.

"[X] TO FIRE" disappears once X is pressed for the first time while game is playing. This is remembered till browser is refreshed.
