Description
I used to have my entire homelab setup sitting on a couple of shelves of a side table, but after seeing Jeff's video on the RackMate T1, I thought it was the perfect opportunity to clean everything up.

- Mini-ITX PC on the GeeekPI Mini-ITX Shelf

- 4x Seagate 2.5" 2TB HDDs
- Tripp Lite 600VA UPS
Some software details:
- Running Proxmox with various VMs and LXCs
- OPNsense is installed in a VM where two of the four ports on my Intel NIC are passed through to the VM as the WAN and LAN interfaces
- All four drives are in a ZFS pool managed via Proxmox and then bind mounted into my various containers
- My "NAS" is a Tailscale LXC where the pool is exposed over Taildrive
It's pretty awesome to be able to have my entire homelab in something this small. If anyone has any questions feel free to leave a comment.
