[SUGGESTION] In the "uploading a mod" page, say about how long it takes for your mod to get approved/dissaproved

I've had a mod that has been pending for the past month or so, and I'm not sure how long it will take, or if it broke. To fix this and make developers know how long the moderation process takes, I suggest that we add a line that says, "the moderation process will take ___ to ___ days" or something like that.
