I've previously used Iconize, with the "icons in tabs" option enabled. I've now switched to Iconic, and disabled Iconize, but the tab icons are still shown.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but Iconic shouldn't display icons in tabs. At least there's no option for it.
What I've tried:
Disabled the "icons in tabs" option in Iconize. This removes the icons, but when I restart Obsidian the icons are back.
Disabled the "icons in tabs" option in Iconize, and disabling the Iconize plugin. Same result as above.
Renamed the "icons" and "obsidian-icon-folder" folders which Iconize creates. Same result as above.
Only when I disable Iconic the icons are removed. How can I keep the menu icons but remove the tab icons?

That's a real feature! You can see it in the plugin description and the top-right of the banner image :)
You might be confused because Iconize has a bug where it doesn't properly clean up its icons when you disable it, so you have to reload Obsidian to clear them out. This plugin doesn't try to specifically fix that.
