Thank you for the friendly words! 💚 You can already add colors to folder icons the same way you can to file icons 🌈 unless you mean something else that I'm not picking up on? Customizing the color list is something I'd love to support! It'll need a special menu for adding, editing, and removing colors from it, which is why I haven't gotten around to writing it yet. But it's on my mind! |

Sorry, I explained it poorly! What I meant was adding an option in the settings to make the text of files or folders match the color of their icons. Thanks a lot for your quick and kind reply! |
Oh if you're interested in this, feel free to follow #19! :] I like to keep a one-feature-per-issue workflow, so I'll edit this one to keep it focused on the color palettes. |
Hello! I want to congratulate you on the excellent work with the plugin — it's exactly what I needed.
I’d like to suggest a feature that I believe could be very useful: an option to edit and save a custom color palette within the plugin. This would make it easier to select predefined colors from a menu, avoiding the need to manually input RGB values every time a change is made — whether in the rules or directly on the icons.
Alternatively, if adding this feature isn't feasible, it could be helpful to add compatibility with the Obsidian File Color plugin. However, it seems that plugin hasn’t been updated recently and might be abandoned.
