Support "Open(ing) With" Torrents from an app

Just like other torrent clients do.

Example Usecase

Downloaded a torrent in a web browser, clicked on it and it opened up in Varia (either immediately or after asking you to pick an app to open the file with).
Having a torrent file lying in your filesystem, opened the file manager and navigated to that file's location, 4F6D double clicked on it to open it in Varia (or by choosing it in the open with dialog).
