Missing Supplementary Table

Great work! I'd be curious to see how many mutations per sequence, etc. there are in the generated sequences in Section2.5. Therefore, I was wondering if you could publish the Supplementary Table containing the data on the generated synonymous coding variants or point me to where I can find that if it is already included. It is referenced on line 427 but the link does not work. Thanks!
