I have searched for similar issues before opening a new one.
Description
Opening the colour picker causes the picker to have a thicker orange outline. I think it should stay the same.
Ben: unsure how to fix, but need to investigate. Thicker border may mean this is a selection, not an active focus case.

I'm not sure if this bug is referring to this behavior or not but here's what I see:
Put a block on the workspace that has a color picker (like set background color to)
Open the color picker
While the color picker is open, the block has passive focus and has the dashed outline
When you pick a color and the picker closes, the block now has both active and passive focus and you can see both styles applied simultaneously, causing a thicker line
Check for duplicates
