Description

Opening the colour picker causes the picker to have a thicker orange outline. I think it should stay the same.
Ben: unsure how to fix, but need to investigate. Thicker border may mean this is a selection, not an active focus case.

I'm not sure if this bug is referring to this behavior or not but here's what I see:

  1. Put a block on the workspace that has a color picker (like set background color to)
  2. Open the color picker
  3. While the color picker is open, the block has passive focus and has the dashed outline
  4. When you pick a color and the picker closes, the block now has both active and passive focus and you can see both styles applied simultaneously, causing a thicker line

This also happens to other usages of the dropdown div as well, such as dropdown fields.

Try reproducing this today -- might be an issue with shadow blocks, might be an issue with the dropdown div

I'm curious how this bug's behavior changes with google/blockly-keyboard-experimentation#511 or if it's changed at all.

Edit: see google/blockly-keyboard-experimentation#511 (comment).
