[Feature] Editable greeter buffer #302

Description

@foxyseta

The default NVIM greeter ("Nvim is open source and freely distributable. [...] Help poor children in Uganda!") appears to be an editable buffer that is emptied as soon as something is typed in insert mode. On the other hand, the alpha-nvim buffer is not editable. Would it be possible to allow the user configuration to override this behavior, please? This way, the greeter would feel more like the one by stock NVIM. I am not asking for "New file" buttons here.

As an alternative solution, I have considered adding custom bindings for "i", "a", "s", etc., that create a new empty, editable buffer before executing the respective command. This however, feels like trying to emulate from scratch a feature that's already present in Neovim.
