The company is founded by a global officer for the Greater China Markets with over 20 years of experience and technology startup entrepreneurs with 10 years of experience.
The company's product Term Structure protocol, a non-custodial fixed-income protocol that provides peer-to-peer, fixed-rate, and fixed-term borrowing and lending in decentralized finance (DeFi), has raised a seed round fund of USD 4.25 million on 2023 November. Term Structure's total funding has increased to over USD8 million to date.
TKSpring built Term Structure (https://ts.finance), which is running on Ethereum testnet currently and will launch on Mainnet in 2024 Q1.

工作內容
- Develop and maintain the backend features of a DeFi protocol.
- Design data schema, build and maintain the database.
- Improve and refactor the program.
- Write technical documents, spec, project description and patent documents.
職務需求
- Experience with backend languages specifically Golang.
- Experience with relational databases specifically Postgresql.
- Experience with ORM and design patterns.
- Experience with UML and marketing requirement communications.
- Experience with RESTful API, gRPC and WebSocket.
- Experience with Git flow.
- Capable of writing codes in maintainable, high-performance, and reusable styles.
- Presentation skills.
- English proficiency.
- Leadership and responsibility to improve the software.

薪資範圍
800,000 ~ 1,800,000 TWD / 年
工時/特休
- 特休依勞基法規定，但有額外提供福利休假。
- 人性化上下班時間，一天 8 小時。
- 可彈性遠距工作。三個月試用期間以在辦公室為主，以利於初期溝通和進入狀況。
