Instead of creating an incident for each access request check to confirm the on-call schedule. Provide approval if the individual requesting is on schedule related to that request.
What problem does this solve?
Prevents unnecessary incidents being created that overtakes the incident listings for teams.
If a workaround exists, please include it.
