The spec says:
When unambiguous, prefixes could be omitted: 1099 3.14 D4ICC+XU5eRJ.

But 1099 is actually ambiguous: it may be parsed either as an integer 1099 or as UUID (0x40249000000000, 0).
Is it a wrong example in the spec or ambiguity is actually considered automatically resolved to integers?
Either way, the spec must clarify it.
