Why be this regex filter?

My RPC url was http://192.168.1.201:8080/v1 , Why not by sending a GET request for verify than the regex filter???
What if I told you, For example My RPC url is http://你好世界:8234/v1, the adress http://xn--rhq34a65tw32a/v1 in actual?
