Description
I never bothered to report about it since it was fixed in one of the dev builds, but since 1.9 is coming close, I decided it'd be good to let people know it was fixed.
This bug is serious enough to be able to stop players from S-Ranking/Doing vehicle missions in Total Stealth. Which in turn makes the game impossible to 100%.

The issue will be closed because this was already fixed and incoming on 1.9.
