What area of the game / PPSSPP
When the game loads it plays an intro video, to which there is no audio. No other game I have exhibits this problem on android.
I've tested the most recent android version across two devices, including the retroarch core and they all have the same problem. I also tested the latest git build on my phone.
Version 1.17.1 works perfectly.
