Describe the issue

Hello! The directorate review request form has three options - early, LC, and telechat. I presume that the LC here refers to the IETF LC. If so, it would help if the same were clarified on the form. I've heard conflicting voices on whether this LC refers to WGLC. This is particularly important when the WG chairs in one area are requesting reviews from another area. Please let me know if my understanding is incorrect. Thanks.

LC in the review app definitely is IETF LC. Reviews before that point are "early" reviews.
