Description

WeasyPrint is available as an optional requirement and can be installed along with xml2rfc with
python -m pip install xml2rfc[pdf].
At the moment xml2rfc has no upper restriction on WeasyPrint1.
WeasyPrint does not use semantic versioning and they frequent major version updates2.
We should pin the WeasyPrint version inside xml2rfc so both RPC and community will use the same version to generate PDFs.
